H-Drol LOG, BEGINNING TO END, PICTURES, FOLLOW WITH ME...

I am on day 3 of my h-drol cycle. Here's a little backround of me.
-I am 18, almost 19 years old (I know, pretty young to take a PH)
-approx. 166-168
-great nutrition
-great workouts
taking:
-h-drol
-livercare
-NO2 pills
-NO shotgun
-ON whey protein
-L-Glutamine and about to buy 6-oxo for post cycle and some other stuff...

I am a personal trainer at bally total fitness in Monclair CA, the second biggest club in the nation, so i do not miss workouts. I am also a full time Kinesiology Major at Cal Poly Pomona.

well I do not have measurements yet, but I am fluxuate from 166-168 and am at 7% body fat. Im eating around 6-7 meals a day, I feel like a pig, but much leaner by doing so.

Well you're young for H-drol, but then again so am I. I know the labels say 21+ and all... Anyway, I'll follow along as I'm doing H-drol myself. Good luck!

well keep me updated...

Im already starting to feel the strength from it..

I went from benching 205 on incline 3 times, to 225 on incline 5 times.

I used to be up that high a long while back, i think its some because of muscle memory too

Why?

Why would you risk serious PERMANENT bodily harm at the age of 18? Is your desire to be HUGE that important to you?

That is all placebo......you didn't gain 20+ pounds on your bench in three days.

Like I said, I know Im young, but first off, the stuff is not super powerful and it doesnt aromatize, so i wont see as many estrogenic and androgenic side effects..

secondly, I have already taken simular products and was fine, because i took the correct sup. and pct. I also eat very healthy and drink a couple gallons of water a day. like i said, i know how it's going to effect my body, so I know what precautions to take.

If getting huge were THAT important too me, like you said, I would just jump on some high dosage Test, Deca, or Dbol, but im not going to.

thirdly, i know my bench didnt go up that high from the hdrol, like i said, i have already been that high a while back, and its more of muscle memory, but it did help some, just as tren did when i took it while back. it is possible for a PH to kick in that fast, as I gained high amounts of strenght even on my first week on tren too.

The fact that you say you have already taken tren and other similar products, you are 18, and you still weigh 166 lbs speaks volumes.........

You are pretty solidly built, and I hate to see kids like you push yourself so far so quickly. You have years to build yourself of naturally.....

OK last post in this thread....I promise.

Lets say you run this log and you do really well, have great gains, no sides, etc.

All you are doing is fueling the fire for all the other 18 year olds that want to jump into taking PH/PS prematurely, and are definitley not ready. What is the reason for this log? To prove all of us wrong and show that an 18 year old can get away with taking a PH with a planned PCT of "about to buy 6-oxo for post cycle and some other stuff..."

true... ill definately agree with you on that, young kids shouldnt take prohormones, but I am aware what the product will do to me if I do not take the necessary precautions.. I will be fine with this product, again, it is not nearly as potent as other compounds such as superdrol, trenbolone (which i wont take again), 1ad and so on...

so basically...

ALL YOUNG PEOPLE, TEENAGERS, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT TAKING PROHORMONES, DONT!!!

But for me, Im not in a huge rush to get big, thats why im staying with a less potent product with less side effects. And as far as you saying that I am only at 166, yes i was up high, 181, and i did not do a correct post cycle therapy, and was not consistant in my workouts after the cycle, so i lost a lot of my gains.. but considering that four years ago i was a mere 115, i think that i am doing quite well for myself. I am a very, very lean 166, unlike my water retentive 181. 115 @ 14% bf - 166 @ 7% body fat in four years is pretty good in my book.

you'll be fine imo. this is a pretty mild coumpound, but i would mabe add some other stuff to your pct

I plan to, i just havent completely decided, I have the money, usually I would buy the PCT right when I bought the PH, but didnt feel like it.. definately will before the end... other than natural test booster, cort blocker, livercare, glucosamine, msm, chondritin, omega3 6 9, what else should i take? Dont need an estro blocker since its anti-aromatase..

I just got over the tired block, These last few days I have been soo tired, but I am starting to get my energy back.

No weight gain yet (of course), but have seen some strength gains though..

my curl went from 95lbs 10X to 105lbs 8X... strict form, and 50lbs dumbell curls were cake, strict form too... back felt pretty strong yesterday, but I was a little tired during my workout..

I will start keeping everyone updated from now on, just been pretty busy.

Chest:46.5"
Arms: 16.0"
Waist: 29"
Legs: 25"
Calves: 15"
Forearms: 13"
Shoulders: 49"

and I am at 7% body fat at the moment...

Well i have to say that Blueboy has MANY valid points inb his replys. I think down the road one day you will wished u had'nt started taking PHs at such a young age.... GOod luck though and be careful!!!

I am only 19 and I think dude you are trying to get too big too quick. As people have said before you are risking permant damage by doing this so young and just because you've done other, more potent, compounds before doesn't nessesary give you a free pass to try the rest. If damage hasn't been done in your past cycles there is the same cahnce, probably a higher chance, it will be done in this cycle or the next one or so on. Personally I've been BBing for 6 months. From the start of 08 I quit smoking cigs, weed, and everthing else. I weighed 65kg at the start of this year or 143lbs. I had previously no diet, usually didn't sleep on the weekends and worked my arse off cutting down and carrying massive trees around during the week. After studying on here for the last 6 months and starting a PT course and going to the gym 4x a week I'm now at around 97kg or 213.4lbs (EDIT: that was my weight last nigth after the gym with a full stomach of water + whatever else, my weight just then was 208.4lbs or 94.72kg) and my bf% is probably between 10 - 15, you can see my abs when I tense and some fair definition. I havn't used PH or DS. At this age we have the amount of testosterone naturally in our bodies as some of the less potent PH/DS. We are able to workout with real intensity (my bench is at about 180lbs for 6 reps) and within 2 days be fully recovered with proper diet and rest.

But the only reason to not use PH/DS is not that you might damage your liver, drinking and taking trippy things with fu*k your liver anyway and probably twice as bad, it's the things like the 'possible' birth defects that you should be worried about.

Dude, Good Luck with your cycle. I'm in for the knowledge, stats and before and after pics (no homo - just a good way to see gains rather than imagine from stats). For your kids, I hope this is your last cycle.

Just remember that the World's Strongest Man has already been done. No-one will ever beat people like Arnold, Ronnie or Gustavo. Not trying to shot don't your hopes, but the gains you achieve after this cycle you would have gotten anyway, probably in the same amount of time and I'm just picking at you.
