So is customer service! When you have to call and let them place your order and follow a long list of rules for price matching it just does not make it worth it. And the funny part is when I told the CSR that I guess I will have to start shopping with this competitor and answer was that I should reconsider due to the great customer service at BB.com. I just ordered and pricematched a well known site.

It took 10 minutes, I got a free shaker on top of it by asking, the CSR was awesome, and I was supporting a site I use all the time.

If you wont give BB.com the benefit of the doubt to take 10 minutesof of your day when you can multitask anyway...

Than STFU and order from the other place...just dont complain when it comes 3 weeks late bc they run their site like a total fire sale.

My experience as a huge BB.com buyer ($100-200/month):

I switched over from a couple of other places to BB.com a year or so ago. I thought this other site was awesome. Great prices and shipping. Then I come here and better prices and f***ing unreal shipping. As long as BB.com stays within a good price range (usually the lowest I have seen for the stuff I buy unless another site has a 50% off sale or something), I will stay here.

The reason is simple - accurate orders and lightspeed shipping. I have yet to come across a site with fast shipping. I don't mean 2-3 days as fast. I mean you click that and you get it even faster. On several occasions, I have placed an order early one day (around noon or so) and get the f***ing box the next day! I am talking standard shipping and I am getting it like NEXT-F***ing-Day DeliverY!

On times where I have waited a few days only to find out it is back-ordered, they have shipped me free stuff like t-shirts and stuff.

With bb.com being a pretty huge ordering site, this is phenomenal. Until I come across a site that can match this speed, I dont' know how one can complain about BB.com.

Very well put. My dispute is not about shipping, you guys are the best, it's just maybe look at a different way of handling the price matching. That is all I am asking. The CS that I spoke to that day was short about it which pissed me off even more and that is when I made this tread.
