Man, I find it weird that ittakes me longer to recover from an exhausting workout while in keto, compared to 40/40/20. My muscles are aching whenever I wake up, and it last for another 24 hours. I take my bcaa's, proteins, and whey but still feel like crap after deadlifting, squats, or benching hard.
