    So... is it normal not to recover so fast from working out while in keto?

    Man, I find it weird that ittakes me longer to recover from an exhausting workout while in keto, compared to 40/40/20. My muscles are aching whenever I wake up, and it last for another 24 hours. I take my bcaa's, proteins, and whey but still feel like crap after deadlifting, squats, or benching hard.

    True. I've noticed that too. My recovery time between sets has increased while i've been on keto. Maybe that's a hint to carb up. However i did a carb up yesterday, and i have to say my recovery time has decreased considerably.

    Yes, it's normal, though as your body gets used to keto, you should find it less of an issue. Try taking some Vit C with your PWO shake, that seems to help recovery.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
