Best Way To Lose The Last Bit Of Fat

Hey,
I'm 5 feet tall and weigh 111.5lbs. I'm by no means overweight, but I have a layer of fat covering any muscle I have so you can't see it. I would really like to get rid of that little bit of fat and want to know what the best way to go about that would be. Thanks in advance.

I'm always going to come in (to the fight) overconfident and I have a reason to. I always come in overconfident because I train so hard that I leave no room for doubt in my mind. I never go in there to lose. The word is not even in my dictionary. I train confident, and I train to think overconfidently. If I didn't, I'd be a fool.

Train the mind to no limits, and the body will follow.

if its the last bit of fat you're worried about you could start by finding out your maintenance cals and then create a moderate deficit from that or you could even cycle your carbs. higher on workout days, lower on cardio days, lowest on non-workout days. somethign along those lines

keep the diet clean and you should see those last few come off in no time

there are alot of options that you could do. for one, you could do your cardio on an empty stomach (this allows fat cells to be burned first). Also, up the intensity of your cardio. interval training has been shown to burn fat more effficently than just running/long-slow cardio.

hopes this helps

1. make sure you are eating enough
2. make sure you are eating high protein low carb
3. make sure you are lifting weights
4. make sure you are doing HIIT cardio or at least 45min of LISS cardio

But to get hard, you have to lift weights... which is something I rarely see women doing.
