    creatine and high blood pressure?

    as the title states is it ok to take creatine if you have high blood pressure? if not can you explain.

    I wouldn't see a problem as long as your source of creatine doesn't have caffeine or other stimulants in it (like naNO Vapor), and as long as you drink 1-2gal of water per day like they reccommend.
