I've already asked this in the nutrition forum but didnt get a response....sorry.
Anyway i'm really looking for a good Ab program to get me that 8-pack. I'm also looking for a good diet to help me gain weight but keep my abs defined at the same time....can anyone help me out here?

Everyone has ab definition, you just need to lose the fat. Good chances are you don't have an 8 pack and never will. 8 pack is all genetics. Use resistance while training abs to get that muscle sheet larger. Cardio for 30 minutes 2-3 times a week. Look around at the articles on this website and look at many other threads. This is such a popular topic it almost needs a Sticky explaining abs.
