What kind of form should I use on military presses, to hit my upper chest. Should my elbows be together, apart, should I lockout, or go halfway, etc...?

Im going to have to say that incline bench would be more sufficient for your upper chest. But as for military press I would say go to 90 or a little below and back up. Dont lock out but just before you would lock out come right back down in a controlled motion.
Things I live by:
Karma
Close only counts in horse shoes and handgrenades.
Failure is not an option.
All dogs go to heaven.
There is no such thing as a one on one fight. Unless the two fighting were alone to begin with and even then I cant garruntee someone wont jump in.
