biceps are 1/3 of your arm, triceps are 2/3.....gotta train the triceps as well

    for triceps, stick with
    -close grip benching
    -dips
    -sklulcrushers
    -pressdowns

for biceps, read my bicep article(http://irondog.netfirms.com), then sample/past article section

for dips for triceps, i was told to keep my toes point forward, and not to lean in but i find myself leaning in a little, theres on the V dip bars, my gym doesnt have parallel bars, and if i do dips on a bench i need like 2 45 lb plates on my lap for it to be some what hard.

i think it would be impossible to remain perfectly rigged on dips.

yea, parallel BENCH dips are okay, but not as great as bar dips. that, and for whatever reason when i do them i get a pain my stomach.

just as long as u dont go down to far and lean forward, that would stress the chest to much. Though i dont do chest/tris on the same day i think ill save the dips till when i do chest/tris again. Plus im also trying to even up the left side with the right so i throw in 1 arm extensions each time i do tris, with close grips, skullcrushers, and ya gotta love pushdowns. I hate the damn rope though, it never feels good and as u up the weight it feels more awkward, i like the V bar and the straight bar.

hey ls1suck2003 - my recommendation for bigger biceps would be doing barbell curls. i have also experienced some good growth with supersets. but if your looking for mainly bicep size, i'd say stick to the basic and go to failure.. Barbell curls, hammer curls, and cambered bar curls are some i like..
Of course, neither Mr. Weider nor the exercise science establishment informs us that any results obtained from 60 sets per workout training is possible only with the attendant use of nightmarish quantities of steroids, growth hormone and a panoply of other drugs, many of which I have neither the time nor interest to learn how to spell or pronounce-- Mike Mentzer

Why is that? You can get a better contraction at the bottom of a rope pulldown.

    Agreed.
Triceps are the ones to work on. Biceps only look good when you have a big arm, thanks to triceps, in my opinion.

    For biceps...
Barbell curls (I use the EZ bar because the straight bar kills my wrists).
    Zottomon curls.

    For triceps...
    Dips.
    Close grip bench.
    Pushdowns with the straight bar.
