I'm lifting to get bigger, stronger, and faster for basketball.
My arms recover from strength training faster than my legs do. It takes my legs 3 days when it only takes my arms like 2.
I was planning on doing a fullbody workout on Monday and Friday every week.
But is it okay to do this instead?
Monday- fullbody
Wednesday- upperbody
Friday- fullbody
I am working my legs 2 times a week and my arms 3 times a week.
