    training arms more

    I'm lifting to get bigger, stronger, and faster for basketball.

    My arms recover from strength training faster than my legs do. It takes my legs 3 days when it only takes my arms like 2.

    I was planning on doing a fullbody workout on Monday and Friday every week.

    But is it okay to do this instead?

    Monday- fullbody
    Wednesday- upperbody
    Friday- fullbody


    I am working my legs 2 times a week and my arms 3 times a week.

    Work legs and arms 2 times a week. You have to train all body parts equally, unless you have a weak point. If your arms are a big weak point, then train them twice a week with more exercises and heavier weights. Then they shouldn't recover until 3 days. Training arms 3 times a week is too much.

    you can do whatever you want. if legs are sore, dont hit um wednesday.
