Hey, everyone.
I'm pretty new to supplements. I recently started taking the following:
>NOW Adam
>San 3x Fish Fats
>Sesamin
>Lean Green
>Melting Point
I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping since I started. I take it at around six. If I go to bed before eleven, I lay there for at least three hours, sometimes more, before I can fall asleep. I don't think it's the MP, because I started that about two weeks after the rest, and had already started taking the others.
Does one of these have stimulants I'm not aware of? Is one of the herbs in Adam a stimulant?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My other suggestion is to take the Lean Green a few hours earlier as caffeine has a half life of around 6 hours (I believe).

Definitely back up the dose time of the Lean Green. Even the smallest amount of caffeine will keep me awake even though I have the highest tolerance to it. Ginkgo Biloba and Ginseng Extract also keep me up for some reason. I have to take 2 different vits because of them.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
