    Why does it say it can cause acne for the side effects? I always thought that was from hormones?

    i remember someone saying to take something that would decrease the chance of acne...i'm about to run 2 bottles of x factor in 3 or 4 days...i tried to search but could not find anything. thanks

    Probably Vitamin B5/pantothenic acid

    IMO the best thing to do is use an acne cleanser and to take showers immediatley after working out and morning or before bed. The main thing with ArA is it increase oily skin increasing the liklihood of acne. Basically you want to keep your skin clean and oil free for best results.
