Dairy Products: Good or bad?
I have done some reading and I have found conflicting opinions regarding dairy products. One resource told me to eliminate dairy products all together from my diet as it will blur my definition by retaining water between the skin and muscle. Another source stated to eliminate dairy products completely about 4 weeks from a contest or a shoot to 'sharpen' my definition. Yet another source promotes dairy stating the calcium will help me lose body fat. So my question is, should I eat dairy products? If so, how much dairy should I consume? My goal here is to increase definition and reduce body fat. Any ideas?
