Stay tough in the rough times and it'll make it that much easier to be consistent in the easy times. Just let your body do what it does, and use this time to prepare yourself for when you do get back into lifting.. maybe a better routine or diet. Its the hard times that are most important to work hard through.

I was in some what of the same situation bro, about 2 months ago i suffered a severe spleen injury from hockey and almost died from internal bleeding. I was in intensive care unit for 1 week and then got posted to a emergency floor for 1 and a half weeks. When i went into the hospital i weighed 185lbs and came out at 155:S. I;m now 175, its all in your head man, work at it!

dont worry about the mass that you think that you are losing. ALso is there a way you could have a protein with say strawberry protein powder and a bananna and milk. Worry about getting better. I had to take off all of last summer with a shoulder injury and in about 3 months I had put all the weight back on it took a little longer for the strength because i was not pushing it too much becasue of my shoulder but I was back to normal in about 6 months. Your problem is not as bad. hope you get better.

actually i heard that taking 1-2 weeks off after lifting a long time can be BENIFICIAL to a persons bb'ing goals.... not quite sure though u might have to check it out.
as for the diet... eat LOTS of bannanas and crackers!!1"Working out is like digging a hole... you dont need fancy books to learn how to dig, you just start digging."
