Stay tough in the rough times and it'll make it that much easier to be consistent in the easy times. Just let your body do what it does, and use this time to prepare yourself for when you do get back into lifting.. maybe a better routine or diet. Its the hard times that are most important to work hard through.

dont worry about the mass that you think that you are losing. ALso is there a way you could have a protein with say strawberry protein powder and a bananna and milk. Worry about getting better. I had to take off all of last summer with a shoulder injury and in about 3 months I had put all the weight back on it took a little longer for the strength because i was not pushing it too much becasue of my shoulder but I was back to normal in about 6 months. Your problem is not as bad. hope you get better.

Yes its good, but I personally can't. In the past when I do that, I start acting lazy and it takes me like 2 weeks to get back into working out after I actually start. Its better for me to just keep working and maybe take a 3 day period off every once in a while.
