I know anything over 100mgs of Zina a day is considered a hardcore overdose and will cause diarrhea, cramps, vomiting etc. and 75mgs and over a day can reduce the amount of HDL (good cholesterol) I wouldnt recommend multi's with liver tabs anyways and Zinc gluconate i would cut liver tabs out when taking it or at least lower the number of liver tabs I take in.

Damn, I have never heard this concern, as with anything Im sure you can overdo it. I currently take a multi,ZMA, and about 16 liver tabs a day, I also feel that I have a pretty good diet so Im probably getting my fair share there too. I have experienced none of the afore mentioned symptoms(I.E, stomach cramps, upset stomact or the ****s) Is there any other signs that I am getting too much Zinc? Is this a big problem with serious side effects?? Anyone have any articles or hard facts on this?? Anyone else??
