    once should be plenty.....ya dont even HAVE to do cardio at all to lsoe fat. With a good diet it isnt necessary, but of course it will speed up the process

    i'm voting for bad.


    you really only want to be 1-2hrs. total cardio a week. remember, cutting is all about losing a lot of fat, and MINIMAL muscle. when you go overboard(on either your diet or your cardio, you're going to start losing a lot of muscle)
