Heinz one-carb ketchup. Fat free, low carb, and has only 1g of sugar..
Walden Farms' ketchup tastes like crap from what I've read.

This is a good one. I am using Heniz Organic ketchup now, it has more carbs and sugar, but I hardly use much except a bit on my infrequent grilled hamburgers.

I use Heinz One-Carb, and it tastes great. Not much of a taste difference between it and normal ketchup imo.

Does normal ketchup have fat? Who the heck is adding fat to tomatoes and vinegar? The low sugar thing is probably a bigger issue... low fat! Lol. I just finished a low fat apple too... with no artificial colors or sweetners and I believe it was a special "heart healthy" type as well. But that is just what the packaging said, so it must be true.

ripe tomato+ balsamic or other "sweet" vinegar (i am hooked on raberry vinegar in general so i guess it would be good here to) and any spices you want. You oculd make it into a ketchup texture by hardcore blitzing it!
