Hi,
I'm very confused on the protein intake recommendations when bulking : some say 1 g/lb, other say 1.5, I've also read one could take up to 2 g/lb (That's a lot, and for financial reasons I'm not sure I would be able to do it!). I'm lost.
Stats / macros : I'm 5'4, 123 lbs, and my macro split is 340 C - 140 P - 60 F. What do you think about it please?
