Unknowingly, I have been eating about 1100-1400 calories a day for the past 4 weeks. I was eating 3 reasonable-sized meals consiting of healthy foods which I thought added up to be a bit over 2000 caloried a day. I was wrong.
I indeed lost weight (in fact, as I type I am wearing a shirt that was too small a couple weeks ago), but I am a bit worried that I may have to reset my metabolism and start all over . . .
It hasn't been hard to eat this few calories. Like I said, they were decent-sized meals. I have not had any feelings of hunger or anyting like that since I started. Had I not found out how few calories my diet actually consited of, I could have stayed with it easily.
I am 6'2 and 290#, BTW.Last edited by AR15-Fan; 04-16-2006 at 04:21 PM.
