    What are some good dumbell bicep exercises?

    Ive been doing concentration curls for awhile now, and im getting sorta sick of it. I want to change my routine around, and want a new exercise for my biceps. All i have are dumbells, no barbells at all. Would standing bicep curls change it up enough? Is that exercise different enough from concentration curls to shock my body again?

    Close Grip Chinups are your friend, and hammer curls for arm width...they target brachialis and brachioradialis more than bicep directly though.

    one-arm preacher curls really help alot. Do them on an incline bench.

    but a hammer style curl is also essential.

    However, for great arm growth, don't forgetchin-ups, and also your tri's.

    my favorite is standing supinated dumbell curls...but not alternating, at the same time. try it...a lot harder than alternating

    Hammer curls are the best way to shock those biceps with only dumbells and when that stops working dropsets and supersets
