I've read all the hit questions i can possibly read through the search tab, but still cannot understand one thing. How can one possibly make gains by doing 1 chest exercise twice a week, even if it is a 'compound lift'.? I myself have been doing atleast 3-5 different exercises for each bodypart twice a week. (starting to overtrain, which is why i'm lookin into HIT) let me know guys.
