Extreme weight loss and excess skin?
I was looking on the internet this morning to find out more about excess skin removal. I know that when I lose all this weight I will probably have to have s good bit removed. I was looking at some before and after pictures and the scars were hiddeous! Ive seen better stitches on Frankenstien. I looked at several Dr.s work. Does anyone have any experience with this or know of a way to minimize the scaring? Also how do you go about researching a good Dr. They all say they are the best.

Best way is to lose it all and tone it up with more weight-lifting and cardio.
Plus, if you lose weight "the right way," the excess skin should be less than sudden, drastic loss.

I am exercising my *ss off so the toning part should be no problem but Im still worried about it cause I am a BIG guy. I am trying to do this the right way I just dont see my skin shrinking that much.

Scars or loosey skin. You'll have to pick. You can always get tattoos over the scars.
Cool body lift

Speaking as a former fatty, I would stop worrying about the skin. You're making excuses (I did it too) for not losing the weight because you don't feel that you'll be able to achieve perfection. Be certain of one thing, it doesn't matter what's under your shirt, you're going to feel 1000% better. And that's the most important thing.

And also, stop worrying so much. Loose the fat THEN adress this, its too far in the future to worry about my friend. First things first
