I'm sure most of oyu have seen a bodybuilder or someone who works out do that chest muscle trick where you can make the pectoral muscle shake and og up and down.

I'd like ot know what this is called, and how to do it. It looks pretty cool.

    bouncey pecs

this is how i learned to do it- sit down and stare at a mirror. Focus on your pecs. Imagine a cord being attached to the pec, and then pretend you're pulling that cord. It takes some guy to get used to, but you should get it down pretty quickly. just focus on squeezing the pec. if you've been benching for a bit, then you should have no trouble doing it- i was able to after like 1yr. of trianing

it's called being able to flex your pecs. you aint'gonna be able to do it if you ain't got em. once your pecs get big enough, you learn how to flex them singley, one at a time, without moving any other body part. it's easy once your pecs get developed enough
    Ja ben ik Nederlands

"Everything I do, I strive to be more like you. You've taken me from the depths within and released me, freed me, into what you want me to Be. Every day I live for you, and I devote my life to you. God, you are my salvation, Jesus, my rejuvinator." - Is0, Allen

"A life unexamined is a life not worth living" - Unknown

"Once a person realizes his state of sin, his natural inclination is to find the remedy within himself. He attempts to bring about his own salvation by human means. He tries various reforms when he needs to be regenerated. As with the Israelites, he tries to become justified by the Law rather than by faith in Jesus, Rather than cleaning up the old man, he needs to be made a new man in Christ. He doesn't need to "turn over a new leaf," he needs a completely new life. The only remedy for man's fallen state is salvation by the grace of God through faith in His Son Jesus." - SOS

If you guys ever wanna talk, about anything, whether troubles, problems, christian advice, whatever it may be, I'm here.

actually, your pecs don't have to be that big, you just have to have some basic cordination and muscle mass in them
