damn ya'll gain fast. I get maybe 2-3 lbs/month. gettin up past 215ish is hard.

45 days (+/-) of working out I gained 5-6 lbs and I even got sick during this time which made me lose and regain what I lost. Otherwise I would guess 10 lbs.
