Well, I starting working out monday march 3rd, 2008
I'm gonna follow this workout for a month and switch to a more complicated workout
Workout A
Squats - 3x5
Bench - 3x5
Deadlift - 1x5
Workout B
Squats - 3x5
Standing Press - 3x5
Power Clean - 5x3
Here's the diet;
750 caloriers, 30g protein
Mid-afternoon snack (2:00)
250 calories, 15g protein
After-School snack (4:30)
500 calories, 30g protein
Dinner (7:00)
750 calories, 30g protein
Evening snack (9:00)
400 calories, 20g protein
I'll slip in snacks through out the day. I'm aiming for 4k+ calories, and 200g protein a day.

today was an off day
for breakfast I had a frozen ham and cheese omelet w/ granola bar and a huge class of milk
800 calories, 30g protein
for lunch i had 2 3 oz hamburgers w/ a serving of bbq chips and some water
800 calories 50g protein
at 3 i had half a pizza with some water
600 calories 25g protein
i just ate a 6 oz steak fillet, some salad, 3 rolls and some water
1100 calories 52g protein
3300 calories, 157g protein so far, I'm gonna have a pb and j
in an hour i will have a pb and j sandwich, and a heaping class of milk
900 calories 42g protein
making my total for today: 4,200 calories, 199g protein

Yesterday I was supposed to go to the gym but damn snow...
I got in atleast 4k cals and 150g protein again. I can't remember what all i ate but i made sure i got my 4k cals in.
Today i didnt have a ride to the gym cause my mom was working, but tomorrow i will go for the 1st time.
Here's what i ate today;
Breakfast-
omelet & fried potatoes (frozen dinner thing) 200 cals, 10g protein
2 cups milk - 260 cals, 16g protein
1 banana - 100 cals, 1g protein
mid morning snack -
Choco milk - 440 cals, 16g protein
lunch -
pasta - 400 cals
choco milk - 440 cals 16g protein
desert - 200 cals
after school snack -
bagel bites - 460 cals 16g protein
2 cups milk - 260 cals, 16g protein
snack-
peanut butter and banana sandwich - 460 cals, 10g protein
dinner-
Sonic burger - 520 cals, 24g protein
I'm getting ready to eat a burrito and 2 cups of milk which will make my totals for today,
4320, 149g protein
It makes me mad that I won't hit my goal protein wise. I'll eat even more food tomorrow!

Today was my first workout day, I did squats, bench and deads. Man are my legs and chest weak 
As for diet;
I got in 3,500 calories and 149g protein so far. I'm gonna have some more rice and chicken in about 10 minutes before i hit the hay. That will bring me up to 4,200 calories and 175g protein.

Today was an off day.
I'm sore from yesterdays workout Makes me feel like I've accomplished something. I go back to the gym tomorrow to do my B workout.
Today I got in around 4,100 calories and 165g protein. I am going to just shoot for 1g per lb of bodyweight from now on.
