what's a good fat/muscle gained ratio
While bulking what is a good goal to try and strive for like for instance
for ever 1lb of muscle gained I should get 0 fat, 1lb fat 2lb fat 100000lb fat and die... I know you obviously strive to get the most muscle for the littlest amount of fat gained but what is a reasonable range, thanks
