Hi, I wanted to ask If your muscles are meant to hurt after you exercise. When I train chest muscles (bench press). I do only 3 sets and then 3 sets for butterfly. My muscles hurt for the next two days. When I train bicep muscles with 4 exercises they don't hurt.
Is is normal for the chest to hurt after the bench press? Or am I overtraining? I train for 40 min and for the chest I do 2-3 exercises with 10-8 reps.
