The problem is with my biceps:
Actually they measure 15", but when I exercise they go up to 16 or even 16 1/3"..... but after 3 days they are 15" again
any advice?
____________
Note:
I do not exercise them more than 2 times per week

No offense but this has to be the stupidest question ever. when you finish workoing out your biceps are pumped. are you mentally okay?

For one you have a pump...and be careful that you dont over train them...its a small muscle that gets overtrained easy...

Good honest work pays off. Be patient. Remember you are building. Building takes time especially if there is quality work and working involved which is what your goal should always be with every exercise. DO every exercise properly and totally, start, inbetween, and finish, every time. Communicate with yourself and your Muscles. Concentrate on what you are doing and how you are doing it every time until it becomes second nature. And eat properly and get the proper rest. Each goes hand in hand. Do not cheat. Cheating is cheating yourself and what you hope to achieve. Perservere. (STAY WITH IT!)

smart people

In Ball We Trust
To lift or not to lift that is the question?
When in doubt, shoot the ball.
