Know of any free supplement samples?
Just wanted to know if anybody knew some good sites to where I can order some free samples such as whey protein, creatine, glutamine, or any other muscle building supplements. I would like to test firsthand if they work or not and also how well they taste. Please, anything will be helpful!

Samples won't allow you to gauge the effects of a muscle building supplement, they are best simply for taste comparison.

animal does free samples i think
i dont think you'll be able to tell if the samples work, but you can definetely try a preworkout supp and you can see how you like itShut the F#%k up and train

As far as products that contains stimulants, yes. Sorry for the confusion. But products like creatine, protein, glutamine, will not yield noticeable results from a sample. Maybe recovery would be a little better but the effects would be minimal at best.Originally Posted by Ray9
