Needing advise
Ok I started training for my first bodybuilding show on Jan 1, 2006. I have a trainer, I dieted down I went from 15% to 9% at show time. My show was April 1st. I did good and had a great time. The jusdges said that i had great muscle i just was not lean enough (WOW 9%).
My question and worries are i would like to do another show in Aug. I do all the weights and cardio and i eat very well. I know that it takes time to trick your body with the diet so it shreds, is there hope that i will get leaner is there a trick to doing this, is there something i need to do that i might be missing. Can anybody give me advise?

My diet
Meal 1 - 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats
9:30 weights and cardio
Meal 2 - Protein shake with sugar free flavor
or white fish with green beans
Meal 3 - 8 oz chicken, or a white fish, or tuna, or a lean beef
broc. or salad
yam
Meal 4 - Protein shake
Meal 5 - 8 oz chicken or lean beef with a green vegie
Meal 6 - sometimes closer to comp egg whites or protein shake
6 weeks before the last comp we started me doing 5 days of no carbs 1 day of carbs and proteins. I do not know if this was a good idea for me i think my body went into starvation mode, and i was doing 2 hours of cardio 5 days a week. Thank you very much for looking this over and any helpful tips would be great i really want this but i am so new and uneducated about how this works.
The picture that we took at the comp did not turn out very well but i will see what i can do

i remember getting ready for my first bb show, doing 2 hours of cardio a day to try and get my bf down. last show i did, i did 30-40 mins cardio 3x a week at 3 weeks out. i let my diet lean me out.
as far as diet, it looks pretty good. if i were you i'd add in at least one more maybe even two more meals. i'd add in another meal of fish or chicken w/broccoli and another meal of eggwhites.
you still have a lot of time between shows so adding in these extra meals may help you to add on muscle while still leaning out. they wont make you bloat out or get fat and they will keep you feeling way less hungry.
as far as cardio, your trainer knows you best. we can all give ideas as to what you can do to improve, but this all the info can be overwhelming and confusing, so listen to your trainer above all. unless he/she sucks, then listen to us
