    im like 1.8...i do a 4 day cycle, so chest is every 4 days, its worked well

    (heres my split btw)

    Day 1 Chest/Tri
    Day 2 Legs
    Day 3 Shoulders
    Day 4 Back/Bi

    I do Abs in a separate workout on days 2 and 4

    1 or 2 depending on the week

    M-Chest/Tri's
    T-Back/Bi's/Deads
    W-Abs
    T-Shoulder/Traps
    F-Legs/Squats
    S-Abs

    So every couple of week it works out to twice a week but mainly once. For me chest is one of those muscles that I hit so hard I need almost an entire week to feel ready for another workout IMO
