i appreciate that.. i really feel like i could have dropped maybe 2-3 more pounds though.. this show was pretty amazing for a college show.. i mean wow the conditioning was amazing.. i havent seen people as lean as a few of them were in real life.. i felt fat hah... the good news is that i was leaner then ever.. maybe not as good as i needed to be.. but i am def happy with it and i know my hard work paid off

the sodium/carb depletion/load worked great layne! i didnt need any diuretics of any kind and I felt great... plus after reading your articles it made me more solid in not tryin to go low carb like everyone else.. my calories were higher then ever.. and i lost over 20 pounds.. id say i averaged around 2600-2700 calories throughout the whole thing.. i think next time the key will be to stay leaner in the off season for me.. i am really looking forword to it.
