Hi guys. I've been doing a bit of training for about two month now. However now I want to get serious and have a proper routine. What I have been doing so far is the following:
Monday and Friday(twice a week, 2 hour training)
My usuall routine have been as follows:
10 mins on the treadmill 13.5 kmh speed.
5 sets of 12 of the following
Shoulder press
Pull down
leg abductions(inside out)
leg abductions(outside in)
chest press
standing dumbbell bicep curls.
Do some situps. 5 sets of around 20 for straight sit ups with legs bent in the aid. and 5 sets of around 20 while lying on each side. (do straight on each side, repeat.)
Leg curls
squat machine
tricep pulldowns on the cable thingy
Fly on the cables
barbell bicep curls on the cables.
Thats about it. I know this kind of training is crap thats why I need some advice on how to train. First of all how many sets and reps are optimal for my goal, second what weights should I(max, just enogh, light) use and how hard should I train. Third, how many days a week. which exercises should I improve or do. and in which order.

PS i a quite skinny and my main goal is gaining weight proportionally. Also imo my legs need some extra pumping.
