I hit a wall.
I have been stuck at the same weight for about 2-3 weeks now.
i was on track to losing 2 pounds a week, but now I have stopped.
This is my fitday:
http://fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJourn...wner=lardo5150
Basically I have been doing about 2300-2600 cals a day.
I am keeping a 40/40/20 split, well, actually it is like 45/35/20.
I startedt his diet January 1st at 235, and am down to 218-219 now.
I am 6foot.
I changed my diet up a bit, and uped the cals to 2700.
In the past three days, I have gained 2 pounds. I dont know what I am doing wrong. I am drinking over a gallon a day.
Figuring my calorie intake because of weights, 20 minutes of jogging, then jiujitsu/mma class I figured myself for very active and at each of the weights below, I should be taking in that many calories to maintain that weight:
Very Active = BMR X 1.725
***TDE***
220 = 3670.8
215 = 3600.075
210 = 3553.5
205 = 3505.2
I have adjusted my diet to this now:
Meal 1
myoplex
cup of oats
meal 2
wheat totilla, lettuce, diced tomatoes, taco sauce, chicken breast, flax oil
meal 3
fish (salmon or right now, whiteing) cup of mixed veggies (greens, carrots, corn), flax oil, lemon dill sauce
meal 4
cup of no fat cottage cheese, 2 tbls peanut butter, yogurt
workout
meal 5
myoplex
meal 6
protein shake
I should probrally do something better for after the workout, but man when I get home, it is super late and I have to cook my stuff for the next day.
Anyway that put me at a 48/31/21 ratio. 2700 cals.
Should I just up the carbs or keep it low? I have a ton of fat still, I am by no means lean, but I look a lot better than I did when I was 235-240.

I'm in the same boat, please help!
I'm in a pretty similar situation. I dropped from 245 to 205, but have been stuck at 205 since january. Although, I've started taking creatine glycerol phosphate recently and that could be causing some water weight? I do HIIT running, boxing, and a little weight training (mainly trying to cut). On any given day, I probably do 30 mins of hiit running, 1 hour of boxing training (very intense, entire tshirt soaked! and maybe some pullups and shoulder dumbell excercises). I roughly eat on average 2000-2500 calories a day, pretty clean maybe a couple cheat meals a week. I'm kind of frustrated my weight hasn't been dropping faster. I think that I still have at least 15% bf and I'd like to get down to 7%. I have been noticing my body is leaning up still, but the scale isn't really changing that much. Does it get harder to cut fat as one gets leaner? Could the creatine glycerol phosphate be causing this? And, most importantly what can I do moving forward?
Thanks for the help,

Wouldnt it be more satisfying to eat 3 more meals per day then to have 2 myoplex and the protein shake? I would think so but i am sure everyone will disagree with me. But I did lose 130 lbs and work as a weight loss consultant.
I would say eat a couple hundred calories less this week and see what happens. You are doing well so far so and to kick start it this might help."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
