    Arrow Need a New Mass Building Chest Routine

    Hi i am starting to bulk for a bit and i am wanting to change my current chest routine for a new one this is my current routine

    Bench Press - 4x10
    Incline DB - 4x10
    Machine Press - 3x10
    Flat Db Flyes - 2x12
    Incline Db Flyes - 2x12

    Just wanting one thats going to give more mass and a good switch from old one, but i am wondering whether i can switch it up but still include the BB Bench Press in it, really appreciate any feedback cheers

    I would take one of those out and replace it with weighted chest dips. Probably one of the flys. I personally don't like flys that much lol.

    keep the set number, up the weight, drop the reps add size and strength. but don't ignore your endurance building sets. rack up those reps with a light weight to make sure you can last for a good while. Also, don't over-train. Allow yourself about 2 days to rest the muscle group before hitting it again or you stay catabolic and end up loosing mass or strength. good luck
