yeah its pretty cool except for the fact that the editor changed quite a bit of things around and sort of made me sound lame "i was going to get ripped or die trying" cmon now who would say that?...
stay away from the alcohol! i drank a few weeks ago and it knocked back my strength pretty bad, its just not worth it, get some GHB or something haha just playin ;]

something like 4-5 months...
15 pounds in the first month
it seems the closer you get to 10% bf the harder it becomes to take off any more weight. if you look at the progress pictures on my bodyspace, they show the evolution

I was JUST wondering if the keto diet would help me get down to a low bf.. Well, the pictures says it all..U should be very proud of yourself!! Great transformation and really an inspiration to all of us.
Did u have any cheats within that period of 4-5 months? Were u following the same diet listed exactly on all the days?..I'm just curious to know as to what it takes to make such an amazing transformation. Thanks

Approximatly how many cals were you taking in those days and did you do your workouts/cardio in the morning or at night?

can you post your diet, how much carb were you using? I'm really thinking I'm gonna have to drop some more carbs or even do a 2-3 month keto phase to get a lil more fat off me, Been stuck for awhile now. I kina just stay the same I think with much carb in my diet it seems... I'm at around 9-10% right now but if I just lower cals it seems muscle drops but fat stays the same, hard getting past that. Eating carbs also makes me more likely to cheat. I'm thinking my energy levels are also off b/c I don't use glucose efficiently for energy... Haven't been in keto for awhile but remember it feeling great... maybe time to go back. I really only got out of it b/c of lifestyle and limited money, eating non keto is much cheaper.

I have to ask, what type of cardio/lifting routine did you perform where you saw the most fat loss. You didn't look like you really had a ton of fat to lose, so losing 15 pounds in a month is insane!
I am going on a cruise for spring break, and seriously want to lose about 10 or so pounds and look good. I have about a month more to go, would love to have the results you did! Any advice would be appreciated. My progress has stalled, and I'm stuck at about 180. I'm trying to get up early before work and jog in the am, then do a full body 3 times a week for lifting.
