I accidentally threw away my scoop for my huge container of whey. The nutri info is measured in scoops. I think I did a pretty good job estimating this morning, but does anyone know the exact measure for one of those scoops?
I use Designer Whey if that makes any difference.
Thanks!

umm.. if you have a food scale, you can divide the container total weight by the number of servings in the container (most containers say this - if yours doesn't, look it up on bb.com, and it will usually tell you the number of servings per container).

Sorry girls, I never come in here (I'm from the south) but I saw the thread listed on the big forum. I keep this little converter cause I need it a lot.
The whey cannister will tell you how many grams are in a scoop so then all you have to do is punch in the calculator and it well tell you how much you need in spoons.
