Does Tribulus lower test??

Hello,I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong forum section,I just had a question about Tribulus,does it actually lower testosterone if used over time?? I take the Puritan's Pride brand which is 250 mg which is standardized to contain 40% saponins,whatever that is.

I have been taking it a couple of months,I notice some extra energy and some sexual benefits,but I don't know if I should continue to take it.Alot of what I have read says it has no short or long term side effects,but I figured I should ask some people who know alot about supplements.

Please,if you have an information or tips and have a free minute to post,help me out.Thank you in advance.

I have never seen any studies or evidence that it will lower test over time. All that i have seen is that you should take it after taking pro-hormones (or mabey even steroids) as it will help your natural production of testosterone start up again.

I would suggest taking like a 1 week or 2 off every so often so body doesn't just get used to it and stop having the same effect, but i don't have any evidence that that would be beneficial.
