My forearms are pretty vascular because I have slender arms and mostly because I dropped a lot of bodyfat recently. I also do heavy deads and especially lots of pullups and chinups in addition to specific forarm exercises every week like reverse BB curls, behind the back curls, DB curls and reverse wrist curls.
