Top Three Must Have Supplements
I'm trying to lean up and lose fat, what are the top three supplements recommended for this? I am currently taking L-carnitine, HMB, and glutamine on a regular basis.

Diet is really going to help you more than anything else can.
But maybe caffeine and adequate protein intake.

Pick just three??...
My vote would be
1) a good multivitamin
2) whey protein
3) Fish oil

i did recently start taking superpump 250, which has creatine, but i always hear conflicting things about it. I hear it bulks you up, I'm going more for losing weight and bodyfat.
What do you think?
Also, fish oils help you with this?

superpump is never gonna make you bulk up that much, you don't have man's genetics! but it can make you gain a bit of muscle, and who say muscle say higher metabolism, who say higher metabolism say you can eat more calories....and so on!! Superpump is great one. it gives you that extra pump and energy you need to lift for couple more rep!
fish oil...EFA...sesamin..flaseed oil are all really good fats that helps losing fat! I prefer to take it from food, like flaxseed oil/seeds, olive oil peanut butter, because i had to take too many pill to have the right quantity! but yeah, if you already take it, then keep it on!
here's my top 3 supp (they're not really made for losing fat, but they help very much with your gym performance and/or recovery, which is really!!...for losing fat, just cut your calories in a decent way, eat clean, and train!)
1. 100% whey protein
2. xtend
3. good pre-workout supp (no shotgun, superpump, vasocharge....)

Same here !
1. p.powder, right now I'm in love with all the whey cup cake batter
2. xtend
3. Pre-workout supp(for me its whiteflood)
But if you want to lose weight-fat I'll would go with
1. right diet
2.execice
3.cardio
Not any supp will compensate for this :P

(note date of first post guys. ).
Anyway - - > For general 'supplements'
- Fish oils
- Calcium/ Mg/ Vit D
- Creatine
Then add in things like:
- joint support
- whey / protein
(+/- a multi)
Anything over and above that is getting more specific and not needed for most people with good baselines.
For 'fat loss' my top three are:
- Diet
- Training
- Cardio

Choosing just three is tough...
Good multivit
Vitex
DIM
I chose two that work to help my hormones because I feel that my energy level, how I hold onto fat, and water level have a lot to do with my gains/loses. The more level I can keep my hormones the better I feel. I love superpump but I can do without it. Fish oils are the same way and I can fix that with diet.

Im curious to why people rush to put all these stimulants into their bodies for pre-workout...cant you just put some tunes on and be self-motivated...(plus its TERRIBLE for you)
I used to do the whole pre-workout take something garbage...but in the long run if you cant self motivate yourself enough to train hard your never going to be successful...

I heard that creatine just makes you retain water, and that's why you look "bigger."
Also it helps replenish ATP in your muscles, so you can work out more effectively.
Not sure if that's entirely right, but I do trust my source!
To lean up, look at your diet firstly. =]

Other than a sound diet and training program:
1) Creatine - helps retain muscle while in caloric deficit
2) Vitamins/Antioxidants - general health
3) Glutamine - recovery, glucose disposal, general health
If I were to add a 4th, it would be a fatburner (Thermo Fire).

1.XTEND
2.XTEND
3.XTEND!!!!
Seriously though:
1. a good multi and fish oil
2. protein powder (as needed to meet requirements)
3. xtend (I have seen amazing results since adding this a couple years ago)
