    FS: Sure, I have tried all of the diets. Everything under the sun from: eating right for your blood type to the Atkins diet. What I have found out is that I workout so hard that I can pretty much eat anything that I want. What I have to ask myself is how does what I am eating make me feel when it goes in? What I do is eat 5-6 small high quality meals a day.

    Breakfast : Three scrambled eggs, two slices of wheat toast, a couple slices of bacon, a cup of coffee, and a glass of orange juice.

    Pre-lunch : An apple and a banana

    Lunch : Chicken sandwich and some pieces of fruit

    Mid afternoon : Some kind of meat and some vegetables

    Dinner : Steak, apple salad

    Late night snack : Cheese, crackers, some meat, and fruit

    MM: Do you have a cheat day in which you eat whatever you want?

    FS: Not anymore. I cheat whenever I want which is not very often. I have been eating well for a long time and if I eat some junk food, I feel terrible.

    MM: Do you take any nutritional supplements?

    FS: I have tried everything in the world except steroids and I have noticed only very minor results from each supplement that I have taken. Right now I just take a good multivitamin and something for my joints. Other than that, I just eat really well and hydrate very well. As a result, I never get sick and the only injuries I get are from my work (laughing).

    MM: Since you train several times a day, are a lot of your meals after your workouts for post workout recovery?

    FS: Yes, I always eat in that window of 30-90 minutes after my workouts.

    MM: Do you avoid caffeine?

    FS: The max that I have is one cup of coffee per day. Caffeine dehydrates me and makes my mouth dry up. I avoid caffeine wherever possible. However, I also run several businesses and need something to keep my brain going. Other than that, I do not take any asprin or any medications.

    thats basically what i do for diet, except from the looks of things i take in more calories. and i have a shake PWO every time i train.

    i also take mult vitamin first thing in the morning, flax and All Flex (glucosamine) in the morning and right before bed

    Also Frank goes on to say that he is indeed a genetic freak and guys like him are the ones who can go into Pro Body Building(He stated that he originally was going to go into Pro Body Building). I must say I agree with the genetic part for the most part.

    That's nothing to worry about. I know plenty of people who have over 1,000 mg/day. I have 400 mg in the morning alone. Don't sweat it.
