    Vinegar? Good or Bad?

I use vinegar in a lot of my food. How bad is it to drink up to two spoon size of vinegar? To show how much I like vinegar, if given time I could probably empty a bottle of vinegar.

Hell Yeah its good for you!

It's even good for heartburn and good to help you digest rough foods....

Plus I used to drink it after I got back from a night of drinking all night!
Never got a hangover or threw up the next morning!

    Vinegar(one teaspoon)
    Olive Oil(several teaspoons)
    Oregano(some)

    Equals the BEST salad dressing......

I prefer tabasco or any other hot sauce or sauce. Vinegar alone makes me sick. I can say vinegar is not bad for you but i don't know if its good for you.

Cider vinegar yes! Thats full of nutrient. But I don't think regular malt vinegar, is that good. My mum uses white vinegar, for cleaning things. I should think to much, can cause abscess, in the stomach, due to its acidic properties.

I was doing some research on this myself because I am addicted to Balsamic Vinegar I drink 500mL in 1-2 weeks. I'm going to stop drinking it after researching about yeast allergy. I recommend you do the same if you have ADHD, autism, schizophrenia, Fibromyalgia, or any other digestive related mental disorders.

There are many types of vinegar. They all have one thing in common: they involve fermentation with yeast.

These chemicals slow the brain down so that the brain no longer works correctly. These chemicals should be cleared by the liver so that these chemicals never reach the brain. However in some people, these chemicals are apparently not cleared, reach the brain, and cause mental symptoms.

Slowing of the brain, especially in speech areas has been found in brains of autistic children. Alcohols are well known to disrupt brain development.

There are also chemicals in the diet which slow the brain down. Barley malt, the raw material for making beer, contains twenty chemicals which slow the brain down. Vinegar also contains such chemicals.

The combination of chemicals from internal yeast and from food could partially account for the finding of the brain slowing in autistic children.

How are those digestive related mental disorders. I Don't think That even exists.
Perhaps vinegar could be related to "Digestive related diseases" Such as an ulcer, or Heartburn.

I don't know how u can link viniger to autism or schizophrenia

Vinegar is VERY BAD because it has alchohol and it raises your metabolism.

The amount of alcohol is minimal, otherwise, by law it would have to be written on the bottle. The percentage written on the bottle, lets you know how strong the acitity is and has nothing to do with alcohol. Children eat it, I've never heard anyone not letting their kids eat pickled foods or putting vinagrette (or other vinegar based dressings} on their salad. Recovering alcoholics on antabus can drink vinegar. If it were to contain noticable amounts of alcohol, then alcoholics would drink that stuff like crazy, cause it's way cheaper than alcohol.

Ps. If you are that worried about that slight bit, of almost non existing alcohol in vinegar, cook it of.
