I just started taking creatine monohydrate about 2-3 weeks ago. Can creatine effect your mood? Does anybody else notice there mood has changed since there have started taking creatine? Is that even possible that maybe a side effect is that it can change your mood, make you cranky, tired? Any help would be greatly appreciated......

it's called placebo effect; stop buying into hype so much, learn what creatine actually does before you start downing powders/caps
