you look pretty good and lean, but that picture is almost impossible to critiqe besides the fact you can probably do quite a bit of bulking, but with what i can say, looking like your good to start building, and definatly nice for 16 years old.

The picture in the original post is from 14 months ago, and it looks just like your supposed "month 2" pic. So it's taken you 14 months to do what you claim to have done in 11 (since it's month 2, not month 1).

I thought i posted 12 months progress not 11. I took this pic shortly after the Month 1 progress pic, within a week or two i think. This pic is just closer. That's why i kept telling people the changes from month 1 and month 2 is not that dramatic of a change. Think of this pic is like Month 1.5.
