Would a no2 supplement help lower blood pressure ? Im curious because my doctor told me i was borderline hypertensive 140/85 and i need to lower it. Thanks

Theoretically, yes a NO2 supp would lower your BP. But how much vasodilation do OTC products actually cause? Very little.
But at 140/85 I wouldn't worry too much. Your BP isn't textbook perfect but that really isn't high either. Doctors tend to like to help the drug companies make some money, don't let him trick you into getting meds for it either. At your age I'm sure you really don't need it.
Best advice, maybe jog or ride a bike a little more. Drink more water.Nope.

My top number is always alittle high 128/134 my bottom number is about 72/76... So I just watch and monitor it every now and then...
I'm also the type of guy that get's all worked up if the batteries die in my remote!!!My New Year's Resolution? To become a BIGGER person.
