    Casein choices- too many!!

    I can't decide between 100% ON Casein, Micellar Matrix, or UP 2.0. Help!

    ON Casein is grainy? I have Vanilla which taste ok, but doesn't always mix well (clumpy). I wouldn't recommend ON casein although taste isn't bad!!

    i agree about the clumpyness, just gotta put those hands on that shaker bottle bro! i like it cause it is a little thicker than whey and leaves me filling full. cmon bros were bodybuilders...just chug it down!

    the only thing that i don't like about my blender(conventional) is that i never get all of the protein out. but nowdays i just add water to it after i pour out the protein and drink it down. i hate wasting stuff especially protein
