    L-carnitine in the morning

    I usually run in the morning( about 3miles) on an empty stomach because im tryin to lose some fat.

    So i was wondering if I could take L-Carnitine in the morning on an empty stomach before I run?
    I heard u should have some food in ur body before takin L-carnitine..so..idk

    any help would be much appreciated..thx

    on my bottle of L-carnitine it says take on an empty stomach thats what i do...

    on my bottle of L-carnitine it says take w/ meals thats what i do...

    mine is liquid though, dont know if that makes a difference
