I just got a job and don't have as much time to workout.
But I thought of a routine I'm going to start this week on
my 2 days off from work. Saturady Legs and back Squats super
setted with leg presses 4 sets of 12 reps,Stiff legg deadlift
superated with leg curls 4 sets 12, Back chins, pulldowns,
straight arm pushdowns trisetted 4 sets 8 to 12 reps, barbell
rows 4 sets 12 reps last set dropset.deadlifts 2 sets 8 reps.
Thats it for legs and back. Now day 2 chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps,
flat bench press supersetted with incline bench presses,
4 sets 6 to 12 reps last set drop set, Military presses supersetted
with side laterals and rear laterials 4 sets 6 to 12 reps.
triceps pushdowns supersetted with skull crushers 4 sets
8 to 12 reps. barbell curls 4 sets 6 to 12 reps last set drop
sett 4 sets concentration curls to failure. I call this my super
intense 2 a week routine. So If your deticated to bodybuildig
but don't have much time to workout but the weekend. Job,
family, girlfriend. Give this rountine a try also add some
abs and calves in there too. What do you guys think?
