im having a mini-cut for summer ,I didnt even look at the macros ,didnt feel much difference ,I am just putting the right food where it belong and counting calories ,
Protein everymeal
Carbs before and after WO
Fats before WO...etc,
I dont know why people are obsessed with 40/40/20 to the degree that 43/37/20 is wrong!!
