    Anyone here stopped counting there Macros ?

    im having a mini-cut for summer ,I didnt even look at the macros ,didnt feel much difference ,I am just putting the right food where it belong and counting calories ,

    Protein everymeal
    Carbs before and after WO
    Fats before WO...etc,

    I dont know why people are obsessed with 40/40/20 to the degree that 43/37/20 is wrong!!

    Sure, you can do fine without macros.. I don't plan on keeping such close track on them during my bulk. I am however paying a good bit of attention to my carb intake while I'm cutting, as I'm sensitive to carbs.

    i dont let it dictate how i eat really, but i keep it in the back of my head if i get in a trend for a couple days of too much of something or not enough...

    also, fitday tells me, so i know anyway

    Yea fitday helps a lot, sometimes I have slightly more carbs/protein or vice versa but they are very close to 40/40/20 but if I am 43/37/20 from clean foods at my caloric intake I am completely happy with it.

    No I don't track the ratios, they're just a byproduct of eating to support the desired results, and don't really have any meaning. The body only cares that it gets the nutrition it needs and knows nothing of the percentages.
