Is it safe to Use Novadex XT for a month and then take Blue Up for the next month and continually cycle the two or should I just give my body a break after the XT? If not what should I take to keep the gains I have made until my next stack (in 30 days)?

I have 1 week left and so far I've lost 10 lbs while upping my bench/compound lifts by 20 lbs. My weight loss is prob due to my massive overhaul on my diet so it's not muscle. From what I understand I need to cycle XT as it can cause hair loss etc. after 30 days. Is Blue up safe to switch off to or is it basically the same thing? Thanks for the prompt response.
Btw, in case I misunderstood the question, no this is my first cycle.

While on Novedex estrogen receptors become more senstive from sensiing lower levels of estrogen. If you abruptly stop it could cause a spike in estrogen which could have def. negative effects while your receptors are so sensitve.
Best Way IMO w/ 1 bottle
1: 2 caps
2: 2 caps
3: 2 caps
4: 1 caps
5: 1 caps
6: 1 caps EOD

Every other day, i would try and switch to closer to what i layed out. I think tapering down how i had it would be a little safer, your still taking 2 caps your last week.Try and taper it over a longer peroid of time.
4 weeks isnt optimal for this product, you will start to notice full effects by week 3 and would be much more benificial to run it for 6 weeks.

I defiently think that most all gaspari reps are going to recommend tapering down, i know derasun also recommends tapering up in the begining, but thats not nearly as important as tapering down in the end.
Longest recommended is 8 weeks thuogh the studys show test levels usually peak around week 4-6 then start to drop down around week 8.Last edited by Adawg4929; 02-28-2008 at 04:11 PM.

AIs and SHBG inhibitors will still significantly increase your testosterone levels though.
look at how many teens there are running products of this type and getting results.
Novedex XT is working better for me than JW did, and JW contains a mild steroid.
they're not needed, but you can still get results from them.

I'm taking Novadex XT,
2 scoops Superpump250 preworkout
1 1/2 scoops purple wraath mixed with 1 scoop Size On during training
1 scoop everything on off days
My multi is Orange Triad
My diet is 6 small meals a day:
1: 1 scoop ON 100% whey w/ 2 cups skim milk and a handful of frozen mixed fruit blended
2: 1 cup rice / 1/2 cup corn / 3 oz can of tuna and a dash of terriaki sauce (low fat)
3: 1 scoop ON 100% whey w/ 2 cups skim milk
4: A sensible small meal that varies (usually chicken breast on whole wheat bread with roasted pepper)
5: 1 cup rice / 1/2 cup corn / 3 oz can of tuna and a dash of terriaki sauce (low fat)
6: 1 scoop ON 100% whey w/ 2 cups skim milk
That all adds up to about 2300 cals a day and almost 200g of protein (75g whey rest either casein or from fish/chicken).
My pumps have been great! I'm doing Optimized Volume Training and I have to say it is the hardest I've ever pushed myself.
So what should I do at the end of the cycle??

Yeah I was (and am still) cutting but I have drastically changed my diet since then. I've went from 195 to 180 in 2 months and my body fat has decreased by 4% while my lifts all increased significantly doing this diet though. No doubt the Nxt helped me keep my muscle during this period. Can't wait to start my Mass FX stack at the end of this month. I'll probably be keeping a log since it is a 12 week stack and I want to ensure that I am getting my moneys worth during this period.
