I think its time MN starts concentrating on producing more than just one product as opposed to Getting big $$ from a lawsuit. Its clear where their priorities are, obviously not with the consumer in mind.

That is fine you can defend it but do it in court not on a thread about picking testers that have already been picked. Personally I don't know why this thread is still being posted on. The testers have been picked there for this thread is no longer needed.

You didn't answer my question...you're bashing us for having a lawsuit against someone over a patent, now...would you defend your patent or not JRR? And what...do u spy inside our windows at Molecular, scanning our papers, tapping our phone calls, oh oh oh...maybe you have P.I. on the case....Point is, How in the world would you know if we had anything in the works or not???

I just checked my post history and I only ever started two threads in all the months that I have been a member. These were Syntrax threads but woopee. If you listen to this guy, you'd think I was some type of major whore for Syntrax. I really like a few of their products and think they are a good company. Actually, I tried to be a board rep for them but I didn't have enough posts.

Actually, we have a lot in the works.

Phosphate bond and myself work together pretty regularly in comparing notes and ideas for new supps.

Note to JRRBadboy4Life - I used your quote as an example but am speaking more to the people not posting but the ones reading. No offense to you intended at all, its just the quote exemplifies what I was going to try to make some points on.

I have stayed out of this thread and will continue to do so, but I wanted to make a point of one thing, not specifically to anyone in particular, but more to the people reading this that aren't familiar with Molecular Nutrition.

(Keep in mind this comes from someone that is technically a competitor in the industry)

Molecular (Bill W) has had more products on the market than just X Factor, some of which were excellent products. It seems as though he has tried to put his resources into this one product for now, which marketing wise really makes sense since he has a patent on certain applications of use for it.

I still remember when people were jumping on MN and Bill saying that X Factor wouldnt and didnt work. Then once people tried it, it is now viewed by many as one of the better non-hormonal products on the market.

In reference to Molecular Nutrition (Bill W) not caring about consumers, I have seen the reverse from when he has given out many bottles of X Factors to testers (and yes, this is marketing on his part; it should be, he is not a charity, but it is very thoughtful to give out the sheer volume of product that he has).

Also, the insinuation that Molecular is going to make money off X Factor and dissapear - that would be kind of ridiculous as MN seems to be growing exponentially at this time.

These people are bringing false accusations against honest members of this forum who have done nothing wrong but like Syntrax products.
